Hello and welcome to HCM,
With a history of osteoporosis and appearance of pain in ankle, a possibility of fracture has to be kept.
Thus, I suggest you to consult an orthopediacian for clinical assessment and X-ray of ankle joint.
Since, osteoporotic bones are more prone to fractures on slight trauma.
At the same time, treatment for osteoporosis has to be carried out.
Bisphosphonates are helpful in osteoporosis.

Thanks and take care
