Suggest Remedy For Swelling, Redness And Painful Fingertips In Winter

Hi, last winter i started experiencing swelling in some of my finger tips and become very red and hurt which leads them to crack and this stays all winter long and this is the only time of the year that it happens. is there something that i can do to get the swelling to go away

hi, i understand ur problem n am here to sort it out. considering ur complaint it seems that u r suffering from chilblains. there are several ways to deat with them 1stly keep you hand warm that which can be done by immersing ur hand in warm water bath of temperature of 40-42 degrees then after that whip ur hands and apply glycerin or vasaline or can also apply cold cream and put on ur gloves by doing this u can keep ur hands warm n can prevent them from chilblains.
