Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC.

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems that due to breaking of tooth there has been infection in the tooth and it might have led to spread of infection below the root tips of tooth leading to formation of dental abscess and swelling..

As the condition can worsen if not treated, you need to consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and an x ray can help in diagnosis..
Once the cause is confirmed either root canal treatment or extraction can help in permanent solution..

As of now you can start taking antibiotics like Augmentin, anti-inflammatory painkiller like Advil or Motrin and do cool compreses over the cheek..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
