Suggest Remedy For Stomach Upset In Pregnancy

Hello I am 38w3d pregnant and I m 2cm dilated head down engaging and I tried to attempt to eat something spicy today and now I have watery diahreha and I ve been experiencing loose stools the past week. I am drinking plenty of fluids and I get extremely hot with nausea. What can this be?

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history of you being pregnant for 38 Weeks and 3 Days and have dilated os and have loose motions, tried to eat something spicy.
Since there is dilatation of the os, the delivery of the baby is eminent.
Ask to send the stool sample for tests to see whether there is infection in the intestines or something else. If infection is present, get a course of an antibiotic and get admitted as you may deliver the baby anytime.
