Suggest Remedy For Stomach Pain With Diarrhea & Dilated Pelvis

i started to feel severe on and off stomach pain and diarrhea with one episode of vomitting, liver function and serum lipase were normal, US abd. and pelvis revealed a dilated left pelvicaliceal system, doctors prescribes for me paracetamol, Rabeprazole only and I still complains from pain since 3 days. I am 30 yrs old, Ht 173 cm, wt. 110 kg.

blockage or else ( with CT IVP ) is must .

* Guidelines for present situation

- Drink plenty of liquids in sessions .
- Addition of antibiotic with metronidazole on pack , lactobacillus ,
dicyclomine or drotaverine will help faster recovery .
- Dietary precautions will help great .
