Suggest Remedy For Stomach Disorder

Hello Dr Charless,Trust all is well around. I saw your website so i need to share my problems. I am 30 years old and working as computer engineer. I am facing stomach disorder from many years. previously i was facing acidity issue,constipation and sometime lose motion. From some years i also felt pain in my below part of my belly it is very irritating and disturbed my urination process. these day i am feeling pain in my stomach with much gastric issue. my inter mouth has much wounds in it. Urine is very yellow. I also used water continuously. I visited many doctors they suggested me polycrol,omeprazole,anafortan,flygel,cipwal and ciproxcin for urinary track issue and trisel for mouth wounds. Like these medication i recovered for sometime but it is not working long run. i am losing my wait as well. Please guide me what should i do for it.Please recommended me the medicine that are available in pakistan. Stay blessed,Muhammad Habib YYYY@YYYY

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history of a 30 year old male, working as computer engineer, suffering from stomach disorder for many years, acidity, constipation initially; now pain in lower abdomen and difficulty in urination, took polycrol, omeprazole, anafortan, cipwal and Cipro, trisel....
As per the history you have provided, all the problems look to be related to the gastro-intestinal system;
Hence I would advise you the following:
Soft bland diet in small frequent way.
Upper GI Endoscopy.
Colonoscopy and CT scan of the abdomen to decide the cause.
Diagnostic laparoscopy can assist so.
Tests of stool, urine and blood.
CT scan of the abdomen.
If you get a diagnosis, you will be treated accordingly.
If all the tests are negative, your problem may be IBS that is irritable bowel syndrome.
