Here following possibilities can be there....
-gastric
indigestion -
gastritis by outside food bacterial toxin
-viral
stomach flu....
For few days now avoid outside food...
Avoid non veg , junk foods for few days.
Frequent hot water sips useful.
Green leafy veg and fruit more.
Excess spicy and fatty food avoided.
Avoid gastric irritants like ....
-excess tea
-excess coffee
-alcohol
-smoking
-meat
-tobaco
Take oflixacin antibiotic for 5 days.
Kiwi rich in
magnesium , pottasium ,
vitamin c , linolic acid and help in proper GI functioning...
You feel gassy ....so avoid gas forming foods like ....
-cabbage
-turnips
-onion
-beans etc....
If still no benefit investigate with USG for further work up.....
