Suggest Remedy For Stomach Ailments

hi m Dr.vivek mbbs working as jr in delhi rml hosp....2weeks earlier i had an usg cos i was suffring from abdominal pain and diarrhoea from 3days....usg reports diag 11cc volumed hypoechoich mass in left lobe 3rd quadrant.....i have been started with metronidazole 800mg tds doses along with ciplox500mg.......i have taken the course for 14days....and repeated my usg today still the mass persists there is no fluid......wht shold be further management and diet options plss i need expert advice........thanxmy age is 26yrs

* This is possible small liver abscess , as in follow up USG there is no fluid ,
cyst will take time to resolve fully ( around 3 - 4 months )
* Continue medications as per surgeon`s advise with diet management
to have soft , light , bland diet .
Avoid all oily , spicy , non veg , junk foods .

- Avoid smoking , alcohol if consuming .
