Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

As per the narration of symptoms and black stool, this indicates intestine infection with or without ulcer stomach giving intestine bleeding.

Primary evaluation with upper GI endoscopy and laboratory tests give the best guidance of cure.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
