General & Family Physician 's  Response
Dear thanks for the question.

I share your concerns. I treat my patients with such symptoms in following ways
1 first strict control of your diabetes by insulin, diet and exercises.
2 strict control of your blood pressure by antihypertensive tablets
3 cleaning and dressing of your sore every day by an expert surgeon.
4 antibiotics (augumentin 625 mg three times a day for three days)
5 pain killers (ibuprofen 600mg )

I would like to advise you to visit a surgeon and medicine specialist as your condition will require a team management. Better you visit a hospital.

I hope my reply will benefit you. Please write for follow up queries. I wish you rapid recovery. Kindly write a feedback. Thanks
