Suggest Remedy For Soreness In The Breasts

I am a 34 year old female and I have a soreness in both my breast. It starts at about the middle of the nipple and goes to the sides and it is in the same place on both sides. I had a mamogram last year and it showed nothing. This has been going on for a month or so. When I jog they hurt also. I weigh about 200 lbs and I am 5'9".

Welcome to Health care magic.

1.Soreness in the breast the most possible cause could be mastitis - inflammation of the breast. In which no mammogram findings.
2.In this case sonomammo - ultrasound breast will help to evaluate the pathology - with features of oedematous , ductal dilatation.
3.Theretment will be hormonal treatment with a course of antibiotics.
4.Suggest you to get an appointment and needful investigations done. good luck.

Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health.
