Looking at your symptoms,you are probably suffering from respiratory tract infection .
You may find relief by taking the following medications:
Antibiotic like Azithromycin,
Analgesic with Antiinflammatory like Ibuprofen,
Antacid like Rantac,
Antihistaminic like Cetrizine,
Decongestant like Pseudoephedrine,
Decongestant nasal drops like Oxymetazoline,
Cough expectorant like Ambroxol.

Drink lots of warm fluids.
Avoid cold food and dust.
Do warm saline gargles.
Do steam inhalation.
