Hi

Welcome in H.C.M.

I have gone through your query regarding sore throat , cough and cold with vomiting in your kid.

All above symptoms are indicating upper respiratory tract infection, most of the times it is viral but very often it is bacterial also.

Need not to worry you may do-

1- Give steam inhalation.

2- Syp Paracetamol.

3- Syp Mucolytic.

4- Oral fluids.

I hope above will help your child.

Regards.
