Suggest remedy for sleep rhythm disorder

Hi iam 24 yrs old , final yr medical student. Well i had sleeping problem since j enterd in medical scholl, beacuse of studing whole night at hostel. Now i used to get sleep at early morning at 5am. I wanted to get rid of it and i tried alot bt couldnt maintian my routine. During my end of 1st yr i had an accident and i had surgey for mandible because i get midline fracture of it , i was locked mouth for one month bcox of rods to maintain my mandile to get set. I had sleep dr and he diognsed me of sleep rthymatic disorder for which he prescied me melatonin but it set my sleep but it made me drowsy throught out day and my exams wre up so i had to quit melatoni excatly after three weeks. Just after leaving medicne i encounterd same problem. Now even benzodipines dnt work over me to get sleep. Iam alot disturbed since i cant join libray nor i can do morning stuff work. Well what i have observed that my masterbution worsen my sleep, though i studied tht is irrevelnt. Bt really masterbution activates my mind . I need to get solution of it :( help me out I had done alot to get maintain timetable , i used to record my sleep time , used to awke my self ,had 4 hours of sleep some day so that i could easliy get asleep at night :(

you are suffering from circadian rhythm disorder.
melatonin will help you, but will need cognitive behaviour therapy with sleep hygiene.
