I have a skin tag under my breast. When I was younger I had a cut there and it formed after the cut. It s been there ever since and it has a slight hole in it. When I squeeze it a little bit of white stuff comes out of the hole. It s not pus but I m guessing dirt it doesn t hurt or anything just extremely annoying!. What should I do about it??

Hello,
Thanks for the query,
You might have developed achrocordons ( skin tags).
These need to be removed by radiofrequency ablation.
It is a small surgical procedure and takes just few minutes.
An antibiotic will be required to give cover for infections.
A photograph would have helped me in giving a closer diagnosis.
Please meet a dermatologist for exact diagnosis.
Let me know if you have any other doubt.
