Suggest Remedy For Skin Rash

I have this rash on the back of my neck. At first it looked like I had dirt on the back of my neck. As I also have it on my armpits and in the middle of my breast area but the doctor said that was caused by my disease, PCOS. It has now turned into a painful skin breakage rash... I have been putting Clotrimazole on it and it was working, now on my left side of my neck (back side) there is a hole that leaks out blood and smelly pus. What could this possibly be? I know it s not a cyst. If you could please help me or recommend some kind of medicine or cream that would be great. Thank you.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The presence of blood and pus can be related to a bacterial infection.

I suggest using hydrogen peroxide and iodine to clean the area.

I also suggest using an antibiotic cream for local application and cover it with a clean bandage.

If the symptoms continue, you may need oral antibiotics.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
