Suggest Remedy For Sinus Pressure Post Tooth Removal

I am 29 and just had my last 2 wisdom teeth removed a week and a half ago..I feel sinus pressure and my ear has been hurting on and off. There is still a small hole on the side where my tooth was removed, but has been checked and I've been assured everything looks fine. Still not fully recovered though and am wondering what needs to be done.

Hello,
Healing will take longer than this time frame. A small hole is not a concern unless there is inflammation in the socket. Consider having the socket rechecked since you report sinus discomfort. Sometimes the socket area needs to be cleaned out and antibiotics may be considered. You may have a sinus condition or ear infection that is a seperate concen if the socket looks fine again. With assurance that all looks fine, you may still experience some discomfort with healing. Make sure you continue to rinse well and prevent anything from getting lodged in the hole. Take some anti-inflammatory medication, practice good hygiene and be gentle with your diet.
Thank you for your inquiry. I hope you feel better soon.
