Suggest Remedy For Sinus Infection

I was diagnosed with a sinus infection yesterday. I was given a prescription for Keflex an a steroid shot. I felt much less lethargic with in hours. How long can I expect this improvement of my energy level to last? I have been told, I will feel a sense of crashing by friends. Thank you for your time.
