Suggest Remedy For Sinus Blockage
Is there a conection between severe sinus blockage/headache and menstral cycle and or menipause. I am 50, have no health issues except sinus problems that are really bad during the week before and during my period. So two weeks of every month are bad making quality of life bad. Gynocologists tested and I am premenipausal.

Your symptoms could be related to a hormonal imbalance. An allergic reaction can not be excluded either.
For this reason, I would recommend using some nasal drops during this period. An antihistamine drug (cetirizine) daily can help for a short period of time.
