Suggest Remedy For Sharp Pain In Abdomen

I'm having a sharp pain in my lower right abdomen. This started yesterday afternoon and has gotten slightly worse. The pain seems to radiate to my lower right back/hip area, but it's more of an ache there. Also, the skin in that area seems tender and my abdomen hurts when pressed. I'm not vomitting and I do not have a fever, but I am not sure how to proceed.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of pain in the right lower abdomen, referred to low right back and hip area. There is tenderness also (pain on pressure).
The obvious diagnosis in such a case is appendicitis unless until proved otherwise.
I would advise you the following:
Consult a General Surgeon for clinical examination and start getting proper treatment.
Tests of blood, urine and stool.
Ultrasonography and color doppler helps in most of the cases about the diagnosis but CT scan is required in few cases when in doubt.
If this is appendicitis, get operated nd well and cured for ever.
