Suggest Remedy For Sharp Burning Pain In Feet

I have very sharp burning pain across the top of both feet from the top of the ankle bend down thru my third toe. Started in my right foot last winter when i got a cramp while snowblowing and could not get my boot to rub out the cramp. The left one happened last month when i strecthed it to flip a tennis ball for my dog.

Hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Burning sensation in the both legs may be due vitamin deficiency due to b12 specially,take a multivitamin and a calcium tablet.

I f you have diabetes get a sensory nerves examination by neurologist.

It can be due to simple dryness use a good moisturizer.
