Hi, Dr Purushotam Neurgaonkar here. I have understood your concern. I will suggest you the best possible treatment options.
1 ) First of all do not panic.
2 ) I would like to know about your pain history. Has it been since beginning or has started recently?
3 ) From what you are saying, your pain could be due to pelvic infection and or due to adhesions between the uterus and rectum. Conditions like endometriosis can be responsible. A detailed gynec check up and USG will be of help.
4 ) Till then Tab Calpol 650 mg can be taken as needed for the pain.. A course of broad spectrum antibiotics like Doxycycline 100 mg twice a day for 5 days will be of help.
Of course, specific treatment as per your diagnosis will have to be started after final diagnosis.
I hope this answer helps you. Thanks. Dr. Purushottam Neurgaonkar
