Suggest Remedy For Severe Sinusitis Causing Difficulty In Nasal Breathinng

Dear Sir, I have had a sinus issue for about 8 months now and my nasals are completely blocked and I have tried benidel , nasal spray and nothing is working, The mucus I can try to get out is limited, and today I noticed that my mucus is a pussie white color and sometimes its greenish brown , what should I try to take to get rid of this sinus problem I have trouble eating cant breath through the nose at all and I am worried

Hi welcome to the health care magic

You can have here chronic sinusitis like condition

Enlarged turbinate can lead difficulty in nose respiration

For that fluticasone containing nasal spray can be used

If congestion more short term steroid can be prescribed

Your investigation done as follow....
_PNS x ray
_CBC
_MRI for sinuses if needed after x ray examination
_allergic testing if needed

If chronic sinusitis present then functional endoscopy sinus surgery(FESS) can be done

Consult otorhinolaryngologist for examination and further work up accordingly
