Suggest Remedy For Severe Pain & Numbness In The Neck

Hi, thank you for the opportunity. My MRI revealed 3 broad based disc bulges measuring 3 mm in thickness resulting in moderate central spinal canal stenosis & spinal cord contact & bilateral severe foraminal encroachment from C4-5 to C6-7 and milder disc bulges at C3-4 & C7-T1. 10 mg percocets are giving me limited relief from chronic symptoms including severe pain in my neck with numbness, weakness & heat radiating in my left arm to fingers and palm. PT and exercise has given me limited relief. What should be my options. Also, central portion of the spinal canal measures 8 mm in these areas. My quality of life is very limited. Please help me to understand my options for success to better quality of life.

Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

If you seriously want to be get out of all these, then I would like to advise you surgery of spinal canal.

Because form your MRI scan report it seems difficult to treat you symptoms by remedies.

Till then take aceclofenac+thiocolchicoside three times a day, pregabalin at night by discussing it with your doctor.

Do back strengthening exercises daily as uploaded on youtube.

In future if you wish to contact me directly, you can use the below mentioned link:
