I recommend : -an OBGYN consult -a pregnancy test -ultrasound abdomen -colposcopy to check for displaced coil. -blood tests (complete blood count, beta HCG, kidney function tests, Thyroid stimulating hormone, prolactin levels, blood glucose panel) Based on these a treatment will be made.
