Suggest Remedy For Severe Pain In Stomach During Periods

Hi Sir,M a gal of 24. Yrs and hv been facing excessive pain in my stomach just before and during periods for past 10-12 yrs. I use Maftal Spas which does give me comfort but take it only after I can t bear pain. My haemoglobin level is around 7, bleeding is also heavy. Pls suggest me for any long term problem due to this. Also suggest me the maximum dosage, side effects to work upon and any other home made/natural way to deal with the pain.Thanks.

Meftal spas is the good drug for the dysmenorrhea. You can take it as and when you have pain. It will never cause any harm to you if you take it as and when required

Your haemoglobin us very low there us need to take hematinic treatment. I advice you to take the tablet livozen z two tablets a day under your doctors guidance. This will slowly boost up your haemoglobin.

In many cases only haemoglobin upliftment can control the pain during nenstruatuin so I advice you to start this treatment.
