Suggest Remedy For Severe Pain In Rotator Cuff Radiating To Wrist Due To Injury

I injured my rotator cuff Jan. 6th while lifting a heavy lamp off the floor to put back on the end table. I have had acupuncture, which helps for about 5 days. The pain radiates down to my wrist. Any suggestions for relief. I am trying hard not to take too much Advil.

I would like to suggest you that you should get your MRI. This will give us idea about what is the condition of rotator cuff, I mean if the tear is partial or complete. So according to that we can plan whether to give physiotherapy or surgery. Till than you can take hot water fomentation, pain killer like tramadol.
