Suggest Remedy For Severe Pain Due To Constipation

My daughter is working in a safe house with teenage girls and one of the girls is in alot of pain tonight from constipation. She has taken metamucil once today. My daughter cannot leave the safe house to go get her anything else tonight so is asking what to do for her for the pain tonight. Any suggestions?

May take any analgesic at the moment till tomorrow morning. Ibuprofen, voltaren, or ketofan tab. Till she can get a laxative like lactulose syrup.
