Suggest Remedy For Severe Nausea And Vomiting And Soreness In Stomach
YYYY@YYYY epigastric and ruq pain associated with nauseous and vomiting. everything that hits my stomach comes right back up. right shoulder and neck pain set in yest. I've had numerous test. my hida scan came back at 44 percent but had excessive vomiting before test. my last .ua had biliruben in it I'm always tired and fatigue. when a Dr presses down on middle of stomach and right side pain us so intense that I cry

Stomach pain,vomiting with nausea could have many causes which are acute gastritis,gastric ulcer or Helicobacter pylori infection or food allergy or stress.As you have done HIDA scan which is 44%,so I want to know the whole scan report to check any abnormality in that.
You should undergo routine blood investigations and H.pylori,liver function tests,urinalysis and stool for blood,abdominal ultrasound and upper gastrointestinal endoscopy to detect the underlying cause if you have not done it earlier.
Treatment is mainly depend on the cause but you may take symptomatic treatment meanwhile.
Antacids like ranitidine or proton pump inhibitors (pantoprazole or rabeprazole) will help to reduce excess acid production in stomach.
One can also take digene gel or liquid or ulcero-protective agents like sucralfate or bismuth subsallicylate to reduce the burning sensation.
Apart from medications she should eat plain foods like boiled rice and green leafy vegetables without adding spices or oil. It will help to neutriluze digestive acids and also they are easily digestible means there will be no need of extra stomach acid.avoid oily,spicy and fast food
Consult gastroenterologist for detailed medical history and clinical examination to diagnose the cause.
