Suggest Remedy For Severe Joints And Muscle Pain

Hi, I am 42 year old female recently I have diagnosed vitamin d deficiency level 3 and I have been taken 200000 iu vitamin d by injection twice a month but still I have severe joints and muscle pain all my body I want to know in how much time I will be feel normal?

hi
vitamin D supplements and injections work well if one exposes to sun daily for 20-to 30 minutes.I may suggest lyrica tablets and methycobalamin tabs also daily for relief from muscular aches and pains.
Get VIT d levels rechecked, if still low then substitue and supplement with vitarol D3 sachets daily or weekly as per your findings and after consultation with your treating doctor.Calcium supplements are also often necessary with vitamin D treatment
