Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi,

Severe itching especially in night is suggestive of SCABIES, but if it is occurring only over the right side then you must consider ruling out any neuropathic cause of itching. I would suggest you to please visit any local dermatologist as physical examination is required in both the cases for diagnosis.

Hope it helps. If you have any other question please do not hesitate to contact us.

Regards,
Dr. Atishay Bukharia
