Hello
Yours is a preety difficult situation. You have tried several medication without help. I would like to suggest medicine with few techniques to help you out.

You can try olnzapine 2.5-5mg or lorazepam 2-4mg when you have your sleep time..one hour to half hour prior to going to bed.

Along with this...try these_
1. Stop using mobile screen or laptop atleast 3-4 hrs prior to sleep.
2. Donot watch tv when you plan to sleep for 4 hrs before.
3. Soak feet in warm water or take a bath with the warm wter before bed.
4.read a book which is not intresting enough when you are unable to sleep.
5. Try to have complete darkness in the room w here you sleep. There should be no noise also. You can remove the clock from the room so that you not keep on looking at its time.
6. Donot take tea or coffee...they are stimuants and hinder sleep. Can take juice or apple in daytime to feel fresh.

I wish the tips can help you get some sleep.
Wish you good luck.
