Suggest Remedy For Severe Diarrhea, Vomiting And Constipation

I m pretty sure I have an intestinal blockage. I ve had symptoms since Monday around noon. Started out with severe diarreah, vomiting, and then constipation. I had emergency surgery in December, 2011 for a intestinal blockage, which the surgeon said was caused by scar tissue. He corrected the problem, but said I would be more likely to have another blockage in the future. When I had the emergency surgery, I could not pass gas or any fecal matter. I am currently occasionally passing gas and have had a very small bowel movement today, 2 times. The first was around noon and the second time was around 6pm. Very small amount, maybe a tablespoon and very watery. My abdomen is

Thank for your query.
Noted your history of severe diarrhea, vomiting and then constipation. Had emergency surgery, for intestinal blockage wherein the Surgeon said about possible blockage in future,
Since you have a problem I would advise you the following:
If this is immediately after or within few days of surgery, this is normal.
If this is after weeks or months: report back to ER, get X-ray of the abdomen in standing position and wait with iv fluids and so. May resolve or may need surgery again.
