Suggest Remedy For Severe Back Pain And Neck Pain
My husband was having severe back pains and complained of neck pain, had feelings of passing out, he had diarrhea, and blood pressure 88/50. He begged me not to call 911 or take him anywhere, I gave him a teaspoon of pep & milk of mag, cold compress & now he is sleeping.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have severe back pain and neck pain . Well it is very important to find out the exact cause of neck stiffness and correct it . Neck stiffness can occur due to may reasons like muscle strains , nerve compression , Injuries ,diseases, cervical spondylosis and Certain diseases, such as rheumatoid arthritis .
Trapezius muscle problem can also be one of the reason. I would suggest you to consult orthopedic surgeon for proper diagnosis . Doctor will examine physically , ask you to do certain movements and may order CT scan . Doctor may prescribe muscle relaxant and may recommend specific exercises .
Acupuncture will also be helpful. For now do stretching exercises and start physical therapy of neck . Doctor may also recommend physical therapy . In severe case doctor may recommend surgery . Avoid bending forward and lifting heavy objects . Also do not work in same posture for long time .
