Suggest remedy for sensitivity in the lower oesophageal sphincter

I am convinced I am troubled with Fluttering of lower esophageal sphincter. I am taking 20mg daily omeprazole but I always seem to experience discomfort around the lower sphincter area with regular flutters. Also, when I lie on my back I seem to wake up with a sore chest/trachea. Also, when I walk briskly my trachea feels sore. I have had loads of tests and nobody can get to the bottom of it. I can eat what I want and I do not get heart burn but my lower sphincter feels sensitive. I have had an endoscopy but was told there is nothing seriously wrong? Is there anything I can take to help? Regards, Michael
