Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...

As per your complain the scratch that you are noticing on the tongue can be due to injury by some hard food , accidental biting of the tongue or injury by slipping of the tooth brush etc..
Nothing is to worry as it is not causing much of discomfort.
You can suck on ice pops and can apply a numbing gel containing Lignocaine for relief from the discomfort..
Continue taking multivitamins for a week or 15 days more and then stop because over intake of anything is harmful..
Do not worry it will definitely get resolve in a week or even less..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards..
