The possible diagnosis of the condition based on the description of the lesions is furunculosis which is an infection of the hair follicle. It can be treated with topical antibacterial creams like mupirocin. You must avoid pricking or fiddling with them. A short course of oral antibiotic like azithromycin might also help. You need to get yourself investigated for diabetes mellitus as people with diabetes have chances of developing recurrent furunculosis. Rifampicin is a treatment option for those not responding to conventional antibiotics.Consult your dermatologist regarding the above mentioned therapy. Regards
