Suggest Remedy For Red Spots In Eye Lid

I have a little dot on my eye lid that is looks like its filled with infection. its really small but it has a reddish area around it and it formed right after the herpes on my lip disappeared. I am afraid it might be eye herpes but it doesnt hurt it just feels weird. Can you help me with what it could be?

It can be herpes ophthalmic us. but there should be pain. it should involve cornea. So it should be examined by eye doctor. It can be an obstructed gland.Herpes spread through nerve route.treatment can be advised after proper diagnosis.
