Suggest Remedy For Recurring Mouth Ulcers

hi doctor my frnd is 25 yrs old and he has mouth ulcer problem since childhood doc is sayng it started spreading in his body if he take givn medicine regulary till he bcome 30 years old then only he can survive..is it true..

just wanted to ask is there other solution on this or treatment i want to save him doctr said there are only 20 % chances to survive
