Suggest Remedy For Recurring Granulation Tissues Post Abscess Removal Under The Testicles

Hi, in january i had a minor surgery to remove what was thought to be an absess between my legs just under my testicles i thought it originated from an anul fisher or something , anyway i got it removed and now i have granulation tissue that closes and opens every week or so , my urologist said its normal and will go away in a couple months but there is no sign of healing it can get really big around the size of a penny iv tried blow drying , creams , nothing works. Does it have to be cauterized , please help

I really appreciate your concern, if the would is not healing even after the sufficient period then it need to be investigated and some time it may need re-debridement or exploration of wound some time may need secondary stiches, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
