Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe it appears to be an allergic reaction, to some of the pain killers you have used. Try to note down the tablets you have used since the time before the begening of the rash, and the injection given to you.
Avoid the drugs you are using one by one and observe the position of the rash.
I advise you to consult a dermatologist for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms levocitrizine, montelekast, ofloxacin, and triamcinolone injections every fort night.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
This could be idiopathic condition called "urticarial rash" this is mostly self limiting kind of episode and that comes because of causative factors, emotional stress is very common factor among them, at the time of attack this can be better management with "Tab. Hydroxyzine 10 mg" three times in day, I would suggest "Tab. Ketotifen once in day for three months this some time cure the problem permanently, I wish for your good health take care and have good time.
