Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hi.

I had gone through your query.

Sudden onset of rapid heart rate with anxiety features may suggest panic attacks.

Panic attack occur in episode and lasting for short period of time and has anxiety consequences.

But require heart related evaluation to rule out heart pathology. ECG and ECHO can give more diagnostic confirmation.

Anxiety or panic attack can be treated with medicine like combination of SSRI and benzodiazapine.

Exercise and meditation can be useful.
Proper sleep and diet can help.
Consult psychiatrist for further assistance.

I hope I have answered your question.

Thank you.
