sir, iam 32 years healthy male, diagnosis shows mild to moderate pelvicalyceal system dilatation in left . 9.4 mm at the pelvic ureteric calculus. ( left pelviureteric junction calculus causing hydroneprhrosis (grade II - III) . sir what is the remedy. kindly guide me severe pain at intervals
