Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
Hello,
No your body is not rejecting hip but you have developed infection in the hip joint. I would recommend you to get crp, ESR and culture test of the pus and then start antibiotics accordingly. if there is pain during walking then rest is better. Make sure that your blood sugar is under control.
