Hi I am a 19 year old female, last night I felt like something was stuck in my throat, I kept trying to spit it out or cough it out and when I couldn t I looked in the mirror and saw there was a piece of skin that looked like a worm or something with a white head and the tip was red it was hanging from my right tonsil and was touching my uvula. I popped the end with tweezers(didn t feel it ) puss came out and it bled so much I was spitting blood for a while my doctor did not know what this was but she prescribed me antibiotics, I am still very concerned.
