Psychiatrist 's  Response
Dear user,
Thank you for writing to Healthcaremagic.
I understand your concern regarding reduced sexual desire as compared to previous sexual encounters.
You reported that you do not have thoughts of having sex for three to four days and you are not happy with this.
Desire can be decreased in your case due to any one or combination of the conditions mentioned as below:
1. Depression or performance anxiety (pressure to satisfy the partner or inability to satisfy hence guilt)
2. Disliking the partner at times (or partner's behavior during sex)
3. Fatigue
4. Disturbed interpersonal relationship or any medical illness
5. Epilepsy or head injury (may be)
I recommend you to see psychiatrist well versed in sex therapy. Visit doctor accompany of your partner. You can overcome the problem with adequate therapy.
Wish you good health.
