Suggest Remedy For Problem In Erection

I am an 18 year old guy. i have been seeing an endocrinologist for 3 years now and everytime i go to see him i get an full blown erection. i usually stroke my shaft while he writes down measurements and such and i was wondering if it would be possible for me to ejaculate in front of him and shoot my load just so i can get a release and wont have to shove my hard cock back into my pants.

Look it may sometime happen when you remain in touch of a therapist for long. You may develop an emotional bonding and even a sexual inclination towards your therapist. But development of this situation is often counter-productive in therapy.
He is treating you as a patient and while doing so you have granted him consent (permission) to examine you. Diagnostic erection and ejaculation are sometimes needed to understand and treat sexual dysfunction but it does not mean pleasurable masturbation in front of your therapist. This behavior is undesirable. It may end your therapeutic relationship and you may lose your doctor.
If you want to masturbate for relief, you may go to toilet rather than doing it in front of your therapist. This much respect a doctor should earn from you. I wish you all the best.
