Suggest Remedy For Premature Ejaculation

Hi Doctor,
I am 54 years a diabetic patient for the past 6 years. My sugar levels are:
Fasting : 130 mg/dl
Post Prandial: 240 mg/dl
I go for walk regularly at least for an hour. I take 180 ml each of whisky alcohol twice in a week. When I do sex, immediately within one minute it ejaculates. I am worried about it. How to overcome this ejaculation problem. Kindly advise me to have sex at least for 10 to 15 minutes.

Diabetic may be the cause some time, but not always, still I would say that because of the over excitement this could happens, some time over consciousness could be the reason for this, just take this easy no need to over excite, and over conscious, this would come around, else no need to treat this condition, take care.
