Psychiatrist 's  Response

Hello and welcome to Healthcare Magic. Thanks for your query.

From the description of your sexual problem, it appears that you are suffering from Premature ejaculation. The common causes for premature ejaculation are:
1) A hypersensitive response of the penis
2) Subconscious anxiety / fears / doubts about inadequate sexual performance (called as "performance anxiety")

Don't worry, your problem of premature ejaculation can be controlled by regularly practicing certain exercises and sexual techniques or by taking medication for a short period. I would suggest that you practice certain exercises like Kegel's exercises and certain sexual techniques like Masters and Johnson's technique to increase your ejaculatory control. If the problem is very severe, you can take medication like Dapoxetine which will increase ejaculatory time.

You should also decrease the amount of anxiety or worry about ejaculating early during sex, because this will only worsen the problem more. Try not to focus on your performance, but try to enjoy the pleasures of sexual intimacy.

Regarding your problem of the penis being bent, you need to have a medical examination to see if this could be due to some preputial adhesions or due to Peyronie's disease. For both these conditions, the treatment is surgical.
