Suggest Remedy For Premature Ejaculation

Should I remove my Frenulum?I think I have a problem with premature ejaculation. The first time that I had intercourse I ejaculated after about 1 minute. Maybe less. When I masturbate I tend to have the same problem. So, I read that the frenulum plays an important role when it comes to triggering an orgarm because it stimulates the head and thus the orgarm is achieved. As a result, I considered the option of removing my frenulum in order to get less stimulation to the head, get better cotrol, and consequently, last longer when having sex. Is this true?

Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hello Welcome to HCM

You have problem of premature ejaculation both during sexual intercourse and masturbation. A lot of individuals suffer from premature ejaculation during first intercourse. It can be due to hyper-excitement or due to poor experience of sexual intercourse. As per my opinion frenulum don't affect much on ejaculation time and removing frenulum will not affect much.
If problem is persistent then you should think about taking treatment. Medicinal and non-medicinal treatment are available.

Non medicinal treatment includes

-Diverting your attention during intercourse, this will delay the time
-Kegel's exercise or pelvic muscle strengthening exercises which help in delaying ejaculation
-Master's and Johnson's technique also have good results. In this the subject is taught to squeeze tip of erected penis just before ejaculation and to prevent ejaculation. With time there occur prolongation of ejaculation time.

Medicinal treatment includes drugs like Dapoxetine. This is a drug which can be used on SOS basis and have very good results. Consult a Psychiatrist for details about prescription.

Thanks
